In my current role, I have been given the responsibility and honor of redesigning the training portal for our department. Currently, my team and I are focused on revamping 56 client training pages, creating a fresh new look and streamlining the management of all training materials, from documents to video content. As I often tell my management and those I train, "Training is just the first step to success!"
While working at Insight, I became a Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce Service Cloud, managing tasks ranging from setup to system administration. When new agents or users onboard, I create their accounts and assign appropriate access levels. Similarly, I handle access removal when agents or users depart. Additionally, I assign new knowledge engineers to handle article creation.
One of our clients transitioned from their old knowledge base to Salesforce Knowledge, during which we successfully migrated over 800 articles to the new system. As part of this process, we corrected broken links to ensure seamless article interconnectivity.
My expertise in advanced dashboards and reporting has streamlined the integration of client services, enhancing efficiency for both our team and the clients we serve.
Being a CompTia Testout Pro Instructor makes it easier to take a new certification. I am currently working on getting the Linux + Certification.

For this project, I'm developing three distinct programs, each serving specific functions within the system. These programs offer multiple operational modes including full VPN, split VPN, and recurs mode.
Client Application: The client application is installed on end-user systems. During deployment, it's configured to establish either a gateway connection or a direct connection based on specific requirements.
Server Application: The server application facilitates direct connections and serves as a failover mechanism in case the Gateway Server is unavailable. It ensures seamless continuity of operations even under adverse conditions.
Gateway Server: As the central component of the system, the Gateway Server offers extensive functionalities. It seamlessly integrates with Active Directory for streamlined user and resource management. Additionally, it handles configurations for both the Server and Client applications, allowing easy setup for various operational modes such as resource mode and VPN mode.
When I was first brought in on this project the network was going down daily and all access points were unavailable to be used and functioning all at the same time.
With a full network over hall, new CAT 6 cable ran to all locations
Unifi Dream MachinePro router and a failover PFsence router
12 Access Points
5 Switches
2 sets of bridge antennas
127 Wierlless cameras
All switches have been balanced and Vlans have been set. Wifi networks were recreated and frequency blended for the best coverage, Guest network was added with a captive portal on its on-network subnet.
After 5 years the network has only gone down 3 times due to the internet provider going out or a lightning strike that killed the UPS modem and the router.
For this project, the Church was originally using an all-in-one Wifi router and it was only able to cover the office part of the building and they no longer used the RJ45s in the walls.
The client authorized a network overhall of wireless and switches
The client did not want to change or upgrade the all-in-one router and wanted me to work around it
Disabled the built-in Wifi on the all-in-one wifi router and installed dedicated Access Points. The all-in-one router that was there did allow for three Vlans Guest, Staff, and School
Spiting the building into five zones statistics all access points and switches
Install
Access points: 5
Switches: 3
By leveraging Endpoint Central, I seamlessly integrated all the computers I utilize, along with unifying my entire home lab. Ordinarily, deploying Endpoint Central on-premises necessitates configuring a gateway node. Instead, I opted for Cloudflare Zero Trust Tunnel, linking it to a subdomain web address. This approach offers the dual advantage of enhanced network speed and security, without the need to expose any vulnerabilities in my network—a significant advantage indeed.
